The Marching Band is an after school, volunteer activity, and one of the more popular groups on campus. The group consists of students from both Dwight Morrow High School and the Academies @ Englewood program.
The group has performed in New York City (NY), Dover (DE), Baltimore (MD), Williamsburg (VA), Lincoln (PA) as well as numerous locations in New Jersey. "The Pulse" has been filmed for various segments on television and our drum line, Cold-Hearted Percussion, has performed at Carnegie Hall (NY), and was the official drumline of the NJ Nets in 2009. Students from our band have continued their marching experience in colleges such as Delaware State University, Hampton University, Howard University, North Carolina A&T and Norfolk State University. Our repertoire includes R&B classics, Jazz, as well as current Hip-Hop hits.
